(Mechanic Stromal-Cell Transfer)
Obtaining stromal (regenerative cells) from adipose tissue using ultra-precise blades.
(Adjustable Regenerative Adipose-tissue Transfer)
Giving fat tissue the desired size and putting stromal cells into regenerative mode using ultra-sharp blades.
Ensuring maximum regeneration by using both fat-derived (with Adiner) and blood-derived (with PvRP) regenerative cells in combination. MEST + PvRP
DETAILSADINIZER is a "revolutionary" kit allowing mechanically obtaining stromal cells from adipose tissue and at the same time bringing the fat tissue to the desired size without disturbing its vitality. By using ultra-sharp blades, strong bonds and bridges between parenchymal (adipocytes) and stromal (regenerative) cells in the adipose tissue are cut, thus obtaining the desired size of adipose tissue and collecting all stromal cells with the highest vitality and rate.
There are two different types of cells in all tissues and organs in our body. These are the "parenchymal cells" responsible for the organ's function and the "stromal" cells that support them. Parenchymal cells deteriorate, wear out or die due to old age, accidents, diseases and many internal and external reasons. In this case, stromal cells support, repair and "regenerate" with a more accurate definition, ensuring the continuation of life. Fat tissue is the most important and biggest regenerative cell source of the body.
Regenerative cells can be obtained from adipose tissue by 3 different methods. These are: Enzymatic, automatic machines and mechanical methods. In enzymatic methods, a foreign chemical substance is put into the biological tissue and a laboratory with cGMP and cGLP standards is required for this process. Enzymes are also used in automatic machines, and this is quite costly. Mechanical methods are the simplest, cheapest, and easiest methods. In Sesé’s study in 2021, DNA analysis proved that 10 times more cells than the enzyme can be obtained by mechanical method.
Obtaining stroma-cells from adipose tissue by the mechanical pathway both ensures maximum cell number and diversity, and, unlike the enzyme, ensures the presence of the environment (niche), which is absolutely necessary for the desired regenerative effect by protecting the ECM (extra-cellular matrix). Mechanical methods are therefore the most advantageous methods.
Fat tissue is the most ideal filling material in our body. It has been used for centuries not only in the face area but also in many areas of the body. There are 2 main problems in fat graft applications. These are: 1. Persistence/adhesion ratio 2. Larger than necessary, being noticed or palpated in buds.
Maximum stromal cell support is needed in order for the adipose tissue to adhere to the area where it is placed and to remain for a long time. This happens either by adding extra stromal cells/SVF or activating stromal cells. You can only achieve this with the ultra-sharp blade system, ADINIZER. The biggest problem of the fat graft, especially in applications around the eyes or genital area where the skin is thin, is that it is in a visible format. You can only solve this by reducing the fat cells to the desired diameter, and there is only one kit in the world that provides this: ADINIZER
ARAT is the most effective approach that changes the paradigm in fat grafting applications and also increases success.
VMost stromal (regenerative) cells in our body are found in two sources. These are adipose tissue and blood tissue. Combining the cells taken from the fat tissue by ADINIZER with the mechanical method, and from the blood by the system called COGS and the Platelet very Reach Plasma technique called PvRP provides maximum regeneration.
In some special cases, it is necessary to combine all the regenerative resources of the body and create the maximum effect. Supercharged approach is preferred for both fast and effective results in ovarian insufficiency (MUSCAT procedure), hair restoration (STUNT-Procedure), Erectile dysfunction or orthopedic applications (OA, aseptic necrosis).
The supercharged technique is the most effective regenerative approach.
Applying the Adinizing with an ultra-sharp blade of only 400 microns allows the regenerative cells in the adipose tissue to switch from the dormant mode to the regenerative mode; at the same time a thinned oil/stromal-cell solution is obtained.
This approach is preferred to increase the quality of the skin, to improve its thickness and structure, and especially if the regenerative (revitalization) process is at the forefront rather than the filling process.
S-400, Superfat application is a new perspective. As a 400-micron blade is used directly in this process, some of the adipocytes will be destroyed, but regeneration will be limited but effective as the stromal cells will enter the active phase.
